Introduction to Christian Meditation
We are pleased to offer a workshop that will guide the newcomer in the teachings of this ancient way of contemplative prayer and encourage those already on the journey to deepen their practice. The workshop will be held twice a year at dates/times yet to be determined. Please check back to this website frequently for more information on this.

This workshop will include how and why we mediate and an introduction to the essential teachings of Christian Meditation.
The topics of these workshops will vary , but they will all be rooted in the History of Christian Meditation, Psychological Stages of the Journey, Way of the Mantra, or Meditation as a Spiritual Discipline.
